All FREE ads must be placed online by sellers by clicking on option 'PLACE AN AD' on CarsForSaleDirect.com and add the car's full description with pictures. Once your advert has been processed, your advert will be live on the web within 24 hours. You can change the price and the status of your advert at anytime by using contact page and filling Amendment form with your name, booking reference number and telephone number.

Q. How much will it cost to list my car on CarsForSaleDirect.com ?

A. All car ads placed online are displayed FREE.

Q. I have added advert online, but can't find advert displayed?

A. Online adverts are usually displayed within 24 hours. Please contact us on 07013 143 299, if your advert is not displayed online within 24 hours.

Q. Can I change the price of my car and status once the advert is live.

A. Yes. All sellers may make any change, by using contact page and filling Amendment form with your name, booking reference number and telephone number.

Q. Can I add photos to my advert?

A. Yes, up to 12 photos.

Q. How do I attach photos?

A. Attaching photographs to your advert is FREE and simple. Uploading your photographs directly on to your advert couldn't be easier. Click on the 'Place an ad using your own digital image' menu option, enter vehicle details and click on the 'Browse' button and follow the instructions there. Digital photographs must be sized to 640x480 pixels and saved in JPEG format. Any image not saved in this format may not appear in advert.

Q. I do not have access to a digital camera, how can I send a photo of my car?

A. You may send a photo via your mobile phone. Send photo quoting booking reference/car registration, with your name. £5 surcharge applies.

Q. Can you add a library photo?

A. Yes, we can add a library photo. £5 surcharge applies.

Q. Can I email photo of my car?

A. Yes. £5 surcharge applies.

Q. Can you take a photo of my car?

A. Yes, we can arrange a visiting photo agent to take a photo of your car. To book a visiting photo agent just call: 07013 143 299. Please note this is a paid for service which is only available within the M25 London to Featured Car Advertisers & Traders customers.

Q. How can my car be listed on Featured Cars?

A. Featured Cars are charged from £50 per week to feature on the homepage.

Q. I've had an advert running, but I can't find it on CarsForSaleDirect.com, WHY?

A. Advertisements run for 28 days. If car is unsold, we will repeat the advertisement, free of charge, for further 28 day periods until the car is sold. This is done to ensure the site is kept up to date.

Q. How long will it take for my advert to appear again on CarsForSaleDirect.com website?

A. Once advised via contact page, your ad will be relisted within 24 hours of notification.

Car Traders

Click on 'PLACE AN AD' and register by choosing a user name and password. Then add your car's full description with or without a picture. Once your account has been activated, your advert will be live on the website. You can change the price and the status of your advert at anytime by login into your account.

Q. I opened an account to sell my cars on CarsForSaleDirect.com but I can't remember my password, can you help?

A. Simply choose option Forgot Password, enter your email address and we will send your password.

Q. Can I change the price of my car and status once the advert is live?

A. Yes. Simply login into your online account with your username and password. Once in this section you can edit the price, description and status.
